ABOUT THE INN

The Inn is located on 22-acres which includes a hiking trail through the pine forest and the property remains a working lobster yard.  Each room at the Inn is spacious, with rustic knotty pine interior, and offers an ocean view of the Eggemoggin Reach, a popular body of water for sailors and New England’s most famed wooden schooners, including the storied Victory Chimes.


Nearby attractions include the Wooden Boat School, located in the heart of Brooklin, and Acadia National Park and Bar Harbor located an hour’s drive away.  And Stonington, a picturesque fishing village, located a half-hour away, boasts the most lobsters caught of any other port in Maine.

ABOUT THE OWNERS

The new owners, Sheara and Brent, and their two daughters, Ragan and Macy, acquired and relocated the 2-story building in 2022 to its current location. Formerly run as the 9th Wave and Eggemoggin Lodge, the Inn has undergone a fresh update, including a newly refurbished common kitchen and living area.
